Protect and Survive consists of a woman, Mixcraft, a M-Audio keyboard and some crazy ideas. Jo is also CEO of Jowheretogo PR (doesn't do much PR for her own music!) And MD of Music Panther (manages other artists but lets her own musical career rot, generally). Kind of like Simon Cowell. But nice.
